Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dearlume, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Song Gift Service

Dearlume helps an account holder turn their story into a personalized Song Gift. The current paid product is a one-time US$9.99 purchase for one project-bound Song Gift. It includes:

• Up to two free AI-generated lyrics drafts before purchase, which the creator can edit and confirm.
• One paid music generation that may return up to two song candidates.
• One keepsake cover generation.
• One unlisted gift page that the creator can share.
• One user-initiated technical retry for a paid song or cover component that fails.

The Song Gift does not include a subscription, wallet credits, unlimited revisions, a video, or a full-song music video. Generated duration and creative details may vary.

Accounts and Creator Control

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. The account that creates a gift controls the saved project and its share link. A recipient does not need an account, but receiving the link does not transfer control or ownership.

Gift pages are unlisted and ask search engines not to index them. They are not password-protected. Anyone with the link may view the gift, so share it only with people you trust.

Your Content and AI-Generated Output

You keep the rights you already hold in the stories, words, names, and photos you submit. You must have permission to submit and use that material.

Dearlume does not claim ownership of the output generated for your gift. Subject to these Terms, applicable provider terms, and third-party rights, you may download, use, and share that output for personal or commercial purposes. AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection or exclusive ownership in every jurisdiction, and similar output may be generated for others. You are responsible for checking whether your intended use infringes another person's rights.

Do not request or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, invasive of privacy, or infringes intellectual property, publicity, or other rights. We may refuse a request or remove access when needed to protect users, providers, or the service.

The AIGC Use Policy forms part of these Terms and describes prohibited content, moderation, reporting, enforcement, and the AI services used for Song Gifts.

Payment, Delivery, Retries, and Refunds

Payment is requested only before the paid song and cover generation begins. Payment covers the specific gift project shown at checkout and cannot be transferred to another project or exchanged for general credits.

If the paid song or cover fails technically, the creator may start one retry for that failed component. A retry does not replace another component that is already ready. Preference changes, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a successfully delivered creative result are not technical failures and do not include additional generation.

Contact support from your account if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, do not receive the paid song or cover after the included technical retry, or believe a payment was unauthorized. We will verify the order and generation record. Eligible duplicate charges and orders that cannot deliver the essential paid components after the included retry may be refunded. When a full refund is issued, the corresponding generation entitlement is revoked. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Service Availability

AI and payment providers are third-party services. Generation may take time, and temporary provider outages can occur. We may modify or discontinue features, but we will not silently substitute a materially different paid product for an existing purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dearlume is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a paid Song Gift will not exceed the amount paid for that gift, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The date above shows the latest revision. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
