How it works
Three steps. One unforgettable gift.
Share your story
Tell us about them — memories, quirks, inside jokes. A few honest sentences are enough.
Dearlume creates the song gift
Review original lyrics, then receive up to two song candidates and a keepsake cover after payment. You choose the song to share.
Send one unlisted link
They open the link, press play, and hear the song without creating an account. Anyone with the link can view it.
One complete gift
Everything needed to send their song
One purchase covers one Song Gift. No subscription and no unlimited revisions.
Unlisted by design
We do not use names or story text for advertising. Gift pages are unlisted and ask search engines not to index them, but anyone with the link can view them.
Made to keep and share
Revisit and share your gift from your account. The recipient link lets someone enjoy it; sending the link does not transfer copyright.
A failed step never ruins the gift
The song and cover are generated separately. If one fails technically, you can retry only that part; a ready result is not overwritten.
Questions, answered
Everything else you're wondering
Is the song really made from my story?
Yes. Lyrics are written from the memories you share — names, places, and inside jokes included. You review them before anything is finalized.
Does the recipient need an account?
No. They open the unlisted link and press play. Search engines are asked not to index the page, but the link is not password-protected and anyone who receives it can view the gift.
What happens if something fails?
You see the real generation status and error. If the paid song or cover fails technically, you can start one retry for that failed component without replacing a ready result. If the essential deliverables still fail, contact support from your account.
What if I don't like the lyrics?
Each gift includes up to two free lyrics drafts. You can edit the latest draft before confirming it, then choose your favorite of up to two generated song candidates.
Who owns the song and cover?
Your rights in the words and photos you provide remain yours, and Dearlume does not claim ownership of your generated output. You may use and share it personally or commercially subject to these Terms, provider terms, and third-party rights. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to qualify for copyright or exclusive ownership. The creator's account controls the saved gift; sharing its link does not transfer ownership.
